We request that you always provide a working email address when
answering our FTP server's password prompt.  We do NOT support
"anonymous" FTP in any form.  We do allow guests who properly
identify themselves to access our archive freely without the need
for a real account here.  If you would rather be "anonymous" than
access this archive, then please disconnect now.

All transfers are logged with your host name and email address.
Guests abusing the few rules we have will be denied access, even
if it means denying access to all users on one or more hosts.  We
hate to do this, but some people are amazing jerks and jeopardize
the public availability of this service.

   Anonymous Users

If you need to place something in the archive area, you should
leave your submission in /incoming and let your contact know
the name of the file.  You may not retrieves files from /incoming.
Files left in /incoming will be periodically deleted.

   Local Users

You are able to retrieve files from ~ftp/incoming, but anonymous
       ftp users cannot.

If you want to make files available for anonymous ftp, please
exit to your shell prompt run the program "ftpsetup".

Be sure to create a README file in your subdirectory which explains
what your files are, and how people can contact you with any questions
       regarding your files.

If the file ".message" is present in your subdirectory, its contents
will be displayed upon using the change working directory command to
       your subdirectory.

If the file ".notar" is present in your subdirectory, then tar archives
of your subdirectory may not be retrieved (see below).

   Additional Features Of This Archive

There are some extensions to this FTP server such that if the user
specifies a filename (when using a RETRIEVE command) such that:

<filename>.Z    <filename>          Decompress file before transmitting
      <filename>      <filename>.Z        Compress <filename> before transmitting
      <directory>     <directory>.tar     Tar <directory> before transmitting
      <directory>     <directory>.tar.Z   Tar and compress <directory> before
                                          transmitting

The following commands are supported by this FTP server.  Words
in uppercase are keywords which must be supplied (case doesn't
matter) and words in lowercase represent arguments you must supply.
If your FTP client does not support the "site" command then use
      "quote site" instead.

Rename filename1 to some other filename2.
